find someone else. work is poor and delayed. doesn't complete the work himself and uses an outside designer to complete the work. repeatedly said that the designer is out of the office and would get back to me when he returns.

Unfortunately I was away from the computer and didn't get a chance to make revisions - so the window of opportunity closed for me - but his first take on this project didn't include the background pictures I provided and told him were important to incorporate. What was provided is unusable.

Excellent experience! The seller did a great job designing my washroom layout exactly as I wanted. He was professional, communicated well, and completed all the modifications I requested without any issues. I really appreciate his patience and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend him and would happily work with him again.

I had to make several corrections and ask him to review the plans given several times for accuracy. Also, in the beginning, I said that my main goal was to see the two perpendicular vaults in the ceilings. He barely showed those in the first renderings. He also asked for several extensions.
