Freelancers are responsible for delivering services. MeetFreelancers provides the platform infrastructure only.

Because services offered are digital and intangible, refund eligibility depends on the agreement between client and freelancer.


2. Cancellation Before Work Starts

  • If a client cancels before the freelancer begins work, a refund may be possible.
  • The refund decision depends on the freelancer’s terms and any platform service fees.
  • Platform processing or service fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

3. Delayed Delivery

  • If a freelancer fails to deliver within the agreed timeline, the client may request cancellation.
  • Delivery timelines begin once the client provides all required project details.
  • If delays are caused by incomplete information from the client, refunds may not apply.

4. Service Not as Described

  • If the delivered work significantly differs from the agreed scope, the client may request review.
  • Evidence must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Revisions will typically be offered first before any refund decision is considered.
  • Partial refunds may be issued depending on the case.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted via email from your registered email address, including:

  • Your full name
  • Project details
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made beyond the allowed review period.
  • Platform service fees (if applicable).

7. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, MeetFreelancers may review communication records and project scope to assist in reaching a fair resolution.

However, MeetFreelancers does not guarantee refund approval, as freelancers operate independently.
